1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RepeatIt, you accept and commit to comply with the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application. Your continued use of RepeatIt constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
2. Use License
TinyCode Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RepeatIt on your personal device. You may not: (a) modify, adapt, or hack the application, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the code, (c) create derivative works based on RepeatIt, (d) redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the application, or (e) use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Responsible Use
You are responsible for the content you generate and share using RepeatIt. You must not use the application to create or distribute content that is: (a) illegal, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or invasive of third-party privacy, (b) spam or unsolicited content, (c) content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties, or (d) malicious content designed to harm devices or systems. Inappropriate use may result in termination of your access to the application.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in RepeatIt, (b) backing up your data if you consider it necessary (the app stores data locally), (c) using the application legally and ethically, (d) not attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the application, and (e) complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using RepeatIt.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
RepeatIt is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application: (a) will be error-free or function without interruptions, (b) will meet your specific requirements, (c) will be compatible with all devices or Android versions, or (d) will be available at all times. You use RepeatIt at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyCode Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial loss resulting from your use or inability to use RepeatIt. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the application (which is currently free, therefore zero).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, and other elements of RepeatIt are the exclusive property of TinyCode Labs and are protected by international copyright laws, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You are not granted any ownership rights over the application, only a limited use license under these terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication in the application or on our website. Your continued use of RepeatIt after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RepeatIt at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or used the application inappropriately. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the application and delete it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability and intellectual property) will continue in effect.
