1. Acceptable Use
By using Romantic Quotes, you agree not to create, save, or share content that is: (a) offensive, discriminatory, violent, or hateful, (b) illegal or promotes illegal activities, (c) inappropriate for general audiences, (d) spam or unauthorized commercial content, (e) violates copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties, or (f) contains private personal information of others without their consent. We reserve the right to take action if we detect serious violations of these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, and all elements of the Romantic Quotes application are the exclusive property of TinyCode Labs and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content (quotes) created by users belongs to their respective authors. By sharing quotes publicly, you grant other users the right to view and enjoy that content. TinyCode Labs does not claim ownership over the quotes you create.
3. Limitation of Liability
Romantic Quotes is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We are not responsible for user-generated content or how the application is used. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyCode Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or created content.
4. Warranties and Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that Romantic Quotes: (a) will be error-free or function without interruptions, (b) will be compatible with all devices or Android versions, (c) will be available at all times, or (d) will meet all your specific requirements. The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You use the application at your own risk.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication in the application or on our website. Your continued use of Romantic Quotes after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute related to these terms or the use of Romantic Quotes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia. If you access the application from outside Colombia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Romantic Quotes at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or used the application inappropriately. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the application and delete it from your device.
